Michelle LaPuma

Michelle has been working with children, adolescents and adults for the past 17 years, and is dedicated to working collaboratively with her clients to create meaningful life change. She has experience across both public and private settings in the United Kingdom, Sydney and Perth, and has worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist with Jeffery & Ree for the past ten years.

Particular areas of interest for Michelle include early intervention, the treatment of anxiety disorders, insomnia, binge eating, and building parent child relationships. She is also interested in research, and it informs her interventions.

Michelle's background is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and she has undertaken additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Circle of Security and Family Therapy. Her qualifications include a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from the University of Western Australia. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a board approved supervisor.
