I like to create a warm and supportive space where we can work collaboratively towards your (and your child's) goals. I view my clients as a whole and not simply the challenges that they are currently facing. Whilst I enjoy working with children, teens and adults who are presenting with a range of concerns, I am also passionate about providing trauma-informed care and creating a safe space for individuals who have survived trauma.

Regarding my experience and qualifications, I received my Master of Clinical Psychology at The University of Western Australia. I have worked in both the public and private sectors including with clients in private clinics, people dealing with health concerns in hospital, and in acute inpatient psychiatric settings. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked in the field of sleep medicine as a sleep scientist where I developed an expertise and a passion about sleep. During this time, I conducted sleep research in conjunction with The University of Western Australia and am a published author in this field. I also have experience working cross-culturally and across the lifespan, and I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative.

• Difficulties managing emotion
• Self-esteem issues
• Adjustment to chronic health conditions such as chronic pain
• Insomnia and other sleep difficulties

I am committed to evidence-based practise. My therapeutic approach is strongly influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I also recognise that everyone is different and as such treatment needs to be tailored to support the individual needs of each client.
